I grew up near Flint, MI, USA. I am a teacher, and there's little I enjoy more than getting to spend my time in the classroom; whether that be at school, church, or somewhere else. God has provided me with a lot of oportunities to work within the church teaching youth group, Sunday school, and in various children's ministries. I have also had the opportunity to use my computer knowledge through preparing PowerPoints and helping with the songs for worship services.

After a four year term in the US Marine Corps, Paul attended Tennessee Temple University, where he graduated with a Master of Divinity. Since arriving in Australia, he has assisted in two church plants in the Sydney area, ministering through preaching, song-leading, Sunday School teaching, and youth ministries.  Growing up in a pastor's home in Columbus, Indiana, Rachel was introduced to ministry at a young age. She enjoys teaching and has been very active in Scripture classes, ESL and Sunday School. Paul and Rachel have been married for fourteen years and have five children, Andrew 12, Jonathan 9, Benjamin 6, Anna 3, and baby Sarah.

The Webers are currently in the US, reporting to their sponsoring churches and raising financial support. Lord willing, they will return in 2008.
