Scripture Class Update: Confessing Your Sins

I just never expected
to be confessing mine to 25 kindergarteners! Last
week while teaching the Easter story I was trying to
help my students understand that we have all done bad
things. Some of them really got the idea because one
asked if "even teachers do bad things?" When I
assured him it was true, another piped up wanting to
know, "What bad things do you do?" Which is how I
came to find myself confessing to a bunch of five
year olds that "sometimes I drive my car faster than
I'm supposed to."
